High-ranking company delegation for specialist studies on setting up a company training center in Germany
The delegation of the management team of Hunan Xiaoguang Automotive Co., Ltd. visited Berlin, Magdeburg, Wolfsburg, Dresden and other cities in Germany to tour the training centers of well-known German intelligent manufacturing companies. They found out about the German dual vocational training system, the model and experiences, and also discussed effective models of in-company talent promotion with the managers of German companies and inter-company training centers. The Deputy Mayor of Magdeburg attended the meeting and held discussions with the guests. He expressed his full support for the further in-depth development of Cooperation projects in the field of dual vocational training between China and Germany.
