A delegation of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Guangdong Province visited Duowin Didactic in Germany. Witnessed by the Director, a strategic vocational-education cooperation agreement was signed with the authorities of Zhanjiang and Dongguan — to train and certify the highly qualified professionals required for investments by German companies such as BASF in the Zhanjiang region.

Duowin Didactic and the Tianjin Education Association for International Exchange (Tianjin Municipal Education Commission) signed the letter of intent on establishing the center, which was then officially founded. Earlier that year, Duowin Didactic also joined the Zhuhai Vocational Education Week (May 2024).

Headquartered in Blomberg, Delignit AG established Delignit Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in 2024. We provide services for developing and qualifying the skilled professionals German companies need in China — and train Chinese apprentices for their German sites.
In 2024, Hangzhou Aoneng established the Aoneng Ladepark company in Germany. For Chinese companies expanding abroad, we develop and advance the international specialists and executives they need to succeed.

Furnished apartments await our trainees at their training location — with a private bathroom, kitchenette and living/sleeping area.
From errands and excursions to shared dinners — our trainees experience everyday life in Germany with support from day one.

The programme started with a taster camp at Zhuhai Technician College, introducing students to German dual vocational training.
September 2025
Four participants of the Zhuhai experience camp reached the required German language level (A2/B1) and set off for Germany to begin the Blomberg Project and the Bad Oeynhausen Project.
